Have you ever tried to follow a diet?

If you struggled yourself to stick to a healthy diet, you’re not alone. I mean not only losing weight but also keeping the healthy eating control.

I believe that at least once during the whole life, you thought to follow a diet for yourself or for doctors’ mandatory reporting obligations.

Today’s article will bring you this discussion, why is so hard to follow a diet and get good habits of eating.

I feel upset because sometimes I can’t control myself of eating refined carbohydrates like bread and cake (especially at the weekend, as a bad habit). I also know the problem is the amount of it, in other words, overconsumption, but I feel frustrated when I can’t avoid to put it in my mouth.

Searching on the internet about it, I could find some interesting reasons why:

Before reading the Margaret Churchill article, I thought that I could have some problem because of the overthinking about food. My determination for eating healthy meals, my frustration when I can’t resist the temptation sometimes. But now, I’m relieved. I’m on the right path.

So what do I do to keep the diet saved?

  1. To plan my week meal
  2. To cook my own food and snacks
  3. To allow myself eating sometimes that I really like during the weekend
